Amazing, friendly service!
"Weather prevented me from traveling to LaGrande to help my elderly mother move to a safer place, so she had to leave her furniture behind. I called Northwest Furniture and ordered her a bed, small table/chairs and a recliner…all sight-unseen to be delivered ASAP. Mike and his crew had it all delivered and put together for her in less than 24 hours in the middle of a snowstorm. She was THRILLED and I was extremely relieved!!! My mom LOVES the furniture and says the recliner is the most comfortable one she’s ever had! Her mattress was a little too high for her so they immediately offered to swap it out for a lower one. I can’t say enough about this wonderful, family run business. They were on it from the second I called them and went above and beyond to take care of her for me. Their kindness and ability to get the job done quickly and professionally made them a joy to work with!"
