"WOW,
After ordering a mattress online, and that turning out to be a nightmare from beginning to end, we went to NW Furniture.
Shaun was working that day, and in spite of him being the only salesperson working, we got excellent service and all our questions answered. They had the mattress we wanted and we saved a little money. Delivery was scheduled and it was delivered right on time. Tom and Wade were quick and efficient, taking care not to do any damage to furniture or house.
There will be no more online furniture purchases as long as we are in driving distance of Northwest Furniture.
This is how to run a successful business!!
